The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Event Manager with proven experience in the end-to-end management of medical and scientific conferences.

If you are driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, we'd love to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities

· End-to-end project management of national and international medical/scientific conferences

· Communication and coordination with scientific committees, speakers, sponsors & partners

· Budget creation, management & financial reporting

· Venue sourcing & vendor negotiations

· On-site leadership of setup, logistics & staff

· Ensure project delivery in line with compliance & industry standards

· Build and nurture strong client & stakeholder relationships

What We're Looking For

· years of experience in planning & managing conferences (preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare sector)

· Proven organizational, multitasking & communication skills

· Full professional fluency in Greek & English (spoken and written)

· Proficiency in MS Office, congress software & modern event tools (AI platforms, apps, CRM etc.)

· Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

· Flexibility to travel & manage multiple projects in parallel

· University degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field

· A valid driver's license

· Optional) Experience in travel/hospitality or healthcare industry
