We are expanding and looking to strengthen our dynamic team with an enthusiastic candidate for the position of
Assistant Chartering Executive
to support the Chartering Manager and the team of brokers in the department's daily activities.

The successful candidate will act as part of a team with a role that entails extensive communication with the Chartering, Operations and Post Fixing department.

Responsibilities
:


• Following day-to-day vessels' of the fleet positions/operations


• Supporting the pre-fixing formalities including the Charterparty and post-fixing activities by working

closely with the Operations and Post Fixing departments.


• Vessel's performance report analysis


• Liaise with Accounts and Post Fixing departments for voyage results calculation


• Daily updating the department filing


• Creating, understanding, and maintaining spreadsheets related to Chartering activities

Skills/ Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's Degree in Shipping or equivalent


• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience


• Solid knowledge on tankers and dry cargo charter parties


• Understanding of commercial and operational aspects


• Good numerical and analytical skills


• Excellent verbal and written use of English


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
especially Excel
 and
DANAOS


• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
