Grivalia is seeking a highly motivated Senior Investment Associate / Investment Associate to join its Investments Team. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic investment activity across a diversified real estate portfolio, covering luxury hospitality assets integrated with branded residences, prime commercial real estate, and new value-add opportunities.

The position requires expertise in real estate transactions, investment analysis, and business development, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance the Group's footprint in hospitality investments, branded residences sales, and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market and sector research to identify investment opportunities across hospitality and commercial real estate.
  • Analyse macroeconomic and sector trends to assist in strategy formulation and define target investment priorities.

Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

  • Create and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, capital structure, sensitivity/scenario analyses) to evaluate investment opportunities and forecast performance.
  • Benchmark opportunities against market comparables and industry best practices.

Transaction Execution & Due Diligence

  • Support and, over time, lead end-to-end transaction processes, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and structured deals.
  • Coordinate due diligence across legal, technical, financial, and tax workstreams.

Branded Residences Sales

  • Support the design and roll-out of a structured sales strategy for branded residences.
  • Collaborate with operators, sales agents, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
  • Assist in overseeing the creation and execution of innovative marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to negotiations and execution of transactions with prospective buyers.

Business Development

  • Assist in shaping partnerships with global luxury brands and operators to further expand the hospitality portfolio.
  • Support negotiations of new lease agreements with tenants and other commercial agreements.

Board & Executive Reporting

  • Assist, and, over time, prepare detailed investment memorandums for review and approval by the Board of Directors and C-level committees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, investment banking, or advisory roles (REICs / Big 4 / Investment Banks / Real Estate advisory firms).
  • Exposure to hospitality and/or branded residences is highly desirable.
  • Strong academic background (minimum of a Bachelor's degree) from a leading institution. Master's degree or relevant qualifications (such as CFA) preferred, but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives under responsibility.
