Sales Operations Coordinator / Front Desk
είναι κομβικής σημασίας διότι αφορά έναν ρόλο διπλής λειτουργίας συνδυάζοντας τις διοικητικές αρμοδιότητες και τις αρμοδιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ενός συντονιστή υποδοχής με τα διοικητικά και υλικοτεχνικά καθήκοντα ενός συντονιστή λειτουργιών πωλήσεων.


Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων

Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

Πώληση υπηρεσιών (upselling, cross-selling)

Διαχείριση ψηφιακής & συμβατικής αλληλογραφίας

Οργάνωση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων και φακέλων

Διαχείριση, συντονισμός και προγραμματισμός ραντεβού

Επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

Αναζητάμε ένα δυναμικό συνδυασμό τεχνικών προσόντων και δεξιοτήτων. Βασικά στοιχεία επιτυχίας στο ρόλο είναι η οργανωτικότητα, η ακρίβεια, η ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης και πολλαπλών αρμοδιοτήτων και η αφοσίωση σε θέματα υγείας, πρόληψης και λειτουργικής ιατρικής.

Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing, Πωλήσεων, Επιστημών Υγείας, Βιολογίας, Φαρμακευτικής ή Διοίκησης Μονάδων Υγείας

Προϋπηρεσία έως 3 έτη σε πωλήσεις, διοικητική υποστήριξη ή λειτουργική διαχείριση

Άριστη διαχείριση και χρήση CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)

Πολύ καλή γνώση καταχώρησης παραστατικών, κατά προτίμηση με χρήση ERP τύπου SAP

Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (ειδικά Excel ή Google Sheets)

Άριστη γνώση χρήσης αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)

Επιμελημένη εμφάνιση

Η προϋπηρεσία σε κλινικές, φαρμακεία, αισθητικά ιατρεία ή wellness centers θα εκτιμηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
