Optimal, on behalf of its client, a pioneering automotive group, is seeking a Sales Dealer Network Coordinator, based in Athens.

Scope of Role

As a Sales Dealer Network Coordinator, you will coordinate sales operations across Greece, oversee and expand the dealer network, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the national sales network
  • Implement the company's sales strategy and plans
  • Plan, monitor, and report on sales performance (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Drive sales growth and expand the dealer network by onboarding new partners
  • Ensure adherence to company sales standards
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales
  • Provide training and continuous support to the sales network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in vehicle sales
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to identify and analyze market trends
  • Self-motivated with strong learning agility
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in the field
  • Genuine passion for the automotive industry
