Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales management systems and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor performance metrics and KPIs, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating sales tools, including CRM systems, Excel, and other software applications.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and process documentation for the Sales Management team. Your ability to collaborate closely with all sales channels and internal departments will be essential in supporting cross-functional alignment.

You will also identify operational challenges and propose effective, data-driven solutions to improve workflows. If you have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a structured sales environment
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C commercial processes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong capability in developing reports
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
