We're looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator
to join our team and help optimize our daily operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Real-time incident management
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards
  • People management (staff supervision, evaluation, and coordination)
  • On-site visits to hubs and delivery locations
  • Recommend and implement process and platform improvements
  • Liaise with Customer Support to resolve escalated issues
  • Collaborate with other departments (Fleet, IT, HR, etc.)
  • Represent and promote Svuum's vision, brand, and values

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in an Operations Department, ideally in last-mile logistics
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel/reporting and analytical skills
