Αναζητούμε Operations & Finance Coordinator για τον συντονισμό της καθημερινής λειτουργίας και της οικονομικής οργάνωσης ενός αναπτυσσόμενου ομίλου επιχειρήσεων:

  • Ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα (2)
  • 3 καταστήματα εστίασης (all-day / delivery)
  • Υπηρεσίες wellness

Ο ρόλος συνεργάζεται με το εξωτερικό λογιστικό γραφείο και έχει ως στόχο τη σωστή συγκέντρωση δεδομένων, τον έλεγχο λειτουργίας και την παραγωγή βασικών αναφορών.

Κύρια καθήκοντα

  • Καθημερινή συγκέντρωση & έλεγχος πωλήσεων (POS, e-food, Wolt, Viva, μετρητά)
  • Έλεγχος παραστατικών: τιμολόγια, δαπάνες, προμηθευτές, παραλαβές
  • Monitoring αποθήκης & food cost / beverage cost
  • Μηνιαίο reconciliation εισπράξεων (μαγαζί → τράπεζα → myData)
  • Προετοιμασία payroll: ωράρια, υπερωρίες, άδειες (σε συνεργασία με λογιστή)
  • Συντονισμός διαδικασιών ΕΡΓΑΝΗ & deadlines (χωρίς να κάνει τις υποβολές)
  • Εβδομαδιαία & μηνιαία reports κερδοφορίας ανά κατάστημα
  • Προεγκρίσεις δαπανών σύμφωνα με budgets
  • Βασικό HR coordination: onboarding νέων υπαλλήλων, αρχεία, συμβάσεις

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 2–4 έτη εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Operations / Office management / Business support
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
  • Οργάνωση, συνέπεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών εργασιών
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με πολλαπλές ομάδες
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια & τήρηση deadlines

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε εστίαση / hospitality / e-commerce / wellness
  • Εξοικείωση με myData / ERP / HR συστήματα
  • Κατανόηση P&L / cost control Σπουδές ή βασικές γνώσεις λογιστικής – φοροτεχνικών θεμάτων θα εκτιμηθούν .
