A leading multinational organization: Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, aligning financial planning with global goals and local market dynamics
  • Deliver financial insights to support business decisions, including cost structures, regulatory developments, and market trends
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across business units
  • Prepare, validate, and sign periodic financial statements in accordance with Greek GAAP and internal policies
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal liquidity and business continuity
  • Ensure full compliance with Greek tax laws and digital reporting mandates (e.g., MyData)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain robust internal controls
  • Monitor financial risks including currency exposure, credit, and regulatory changes
  • Lead and develop the local finance team, promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to support growth initiatives
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing compliance and reporting within international corporate structures
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek financial and tax legislation, including digital reporting requirements
  • Holder of an A-class signature right
  • Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and group accounting within a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Softone, etc.)
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to act as a business partner and provide strategic financial insights
