Founded in 2007 and specialize in the development, marketing, and management of income-generating real estate assets, including hotels, residential, commercial, and office properties. The group operates across Israel and Europe, with upcoming hospitality developments in both regions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee the accounting, procurement, and financial reporting operations of Hotel in Corfu while being based primarily in Athens. This position is essential for maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency across the group's hospitality operations in Greece.

You will work closely with the General Manager of the hotel and collaborate with colleagues on the ground, especially in procurement-related processes. You will report locally to the Hotel's General Manager and functionally to senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, and Head of Asset Management & Innovation based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of hotel accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, and month-end closings.
  • Oversee procurement operations in close coordination with on-site colleagues, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with Greek accounting and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and analysis for both local and group-level stakeholders in Israel.
  • Monitor and support operational budgets, cost controls, and forecast planning.
  • Serve as the financial liaison between local operations and corporate headquarters.
  • Travel to Corfu during high season (approx. every 1–2 weeks) to ensure smooth coordination with hotel operations.
  • Assist in implementing or integrating digital tools and systems that support finance and procurement workflows.
  • (Preferred) Oversee or liaise with accounting integrations related to WebHotelier PMS or similar tools, if applicable.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally in the hospitality, hotel, or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor negotiation.
  • Experience with hospitality management systems (PMS) is a plus; knowledge of WebHotelier is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the financial, legal, and tax frameworks in Greece.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal).
  • A background working with Israeli-owned businesses or knowledge of Israeli business culture is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and departments.
