MAS Europe is seeking a highly organized and reliable Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily order management, customer communication, and internal coordination across the sales, workshop, and warehouse teams. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ERP systems, Excel, logistics, procurement support, or administrative roles in commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails, logging requests and ensuring accurate follow-up.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding order status, product availability, delivery timelines, and workshop-related jobs.
  • Prepare offers, order confirmations, and basic commercial or technical documentation in collaboration with the sales team.

Order Management & ERP Coordination

  • Enter, monitor, and update orders, materials, and customer data in the ERP system (SoftOne).
  • Check stock levels, lead times, and product availability to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Issue delivery notes and supporting documentation as needed.

Internal Coordination (Workshop, Warehouse, Sales)

  • Coordinate with the workshop team to track job progress, required materials, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with the warehouse regarding incoming deliveries, dispatches, and material preparation.
  • Act as a point of contact between teams to ensure seamless communication and timely execution.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in workshop coordination, sales administration, technical support, or similar administrative role.
  • Educational background in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering (or relevant technical field) to integrate quickly into a technical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data tables, lookups) and experience with ERP systems — SoftOne is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
