Sales Finalisation Co-ordinator (REO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Finalisation Coordinator (REO) to manage the process from offer approval to contract closing, ensuring timely execution in line with the company's business plan. This role involves overseeing deliverables from internal and external stakeholders, assessing quality, and coordinating all necessary actions. Reporting to the Head of REO Management, you will play a key role in aligning operational activities with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of Sales finalization; approved offers à to signing PDAs à to signing SPAs.
  • Liaise with external providers, notaries, internal Asset Managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate and coordinate technical and legal consultants.
  • Keep track and monitor KPIs.
  • Prepare memos, presentations, and other report-related materials for upper management.
  • Communicate with external providers to meet the business needs in legal terms.
  • Co-ordinate the legal maturity of REOs by eliminating liens, 6.4, cadastral corrections 'ΠΡΟΔΗΛΟ' and other issues.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in REO Sales within a REO company or banking organization in Real Estate sector.
  • Proven experience in coordinating KYC contract execution.
  • Experience in sales finalization process in bulk sales will be considered a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Property Law or proven experience in REO sales closing.
  • Project Management knowledge and skills.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Native-level Greek and fluency in English

  • Critical thinking, cost analysis, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions, while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Efficient time management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, collaborative and multi-tasking team player to effectively manage multiple real estate assets.
