Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία Business Operations Coordinator για τη βελτιστοποίηση των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και την υποστήριξη της τεχνολογικής υποδομής. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα έχει ηγετικό ρόλο στη διαχείριση των logistics, των αποθεμάτων και των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, συμβάλλοντας στη συνολική απόδοση της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός των εισαγωγών, της παραλαβής και της διανομής εμπορευμάτων από το εξωτερικό, με έλεγχο όλων των σχετικών εγγράφων.
  • Επικοινωνία και παρακολούθηση της διαδικασίας μεταφοράς με συνεργαζόμενες μεταφορικές εταιρείες.
  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση πωλήσεων και αποθεμάτων, καθώς και δημιουργία ad hoc reports και βελτίωση KPI's.
  • Επίβλεψη και βελτιστοποίηση των λειτουργιών της αποθήκης.
  • Διεξαγωγή και διαχείριση απογραφών στα καταστήματα του δικτύου.
  • Συντονισμός και διαχείριση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων για την υποστήριξη των επιχειρησιακών λειτουργιών.
  • Καταχώρηση τιμών και διαχείριση αρχείων για την ενημέρωση των ERP συστημάτων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Αντίληψη λειτουργίας της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας, επιχειρησιακή διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και αποθηκών.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και δημιουργίας αναφορών.
  • Γνώση και εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα και επιχειρησιακές εφαρμογές.

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και προγραμματιστικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
