Are you passionate about creating structure, streamlining processes, and supporting commercial teams behind the scenes? Yotta Volt is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen our growing Operations team.

We are the authorized distributor of National Instruments (NI) and deliver instrumentation, educational laboratories and added value services from several world leading product and solution providers. Today we cover 87 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Job Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be at the core of our business, ensuring that our sales processes are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to facilitate seamless transactions and operational excellence. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Create and manage sales quotations, purchase orders (POs), and sales orders (SOs) in our systems (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate with vendors to align on pricing, lead times, and order fulfilment.
  • Process goods received from suppliers and ensure timely and accurate system updates.
  • Process training requests (coordinate training schedules, venue bookings, and logistics).
  • Liaise with finance for invoicing and order status tracking, as needed.
  • Monitor and improve administrative workflows related to quote-to-cash activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal reporting.

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Relevant experience (2+ years) in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a similar administrative support role is essential
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools, will be an asset (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional working language English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset
  • EU work permit.
