Property management company is looking for an operations department coordinator for its offices in Athens, Greece.
Main Responsibilities:
- managing and monitoring daily operations to ensure they meet company goals
- organizing the schedule in coordination with China and UK team on a daily basis
- negotiating with channels to meet clients' needs and expectations following company polices
- organizing inspection trips, channels inspection, RP and RP renewal trips in Greece
- managing accommodation for the clients, arranging lawyer and bank appointments, organizing translators and drivers schedule
- following expenses of the company and report to the accounting department
- preparing protocol of delivery acceptance document and key process agent document in coordination with UK team
- proof of accommodation and invitation letters - all related to the visa applications
- managing call center & email, forwarding communication/calls to the appropriate partner
Requirements and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and negotiation skills
- Excellent Working proficiency in Chinese will be considered a plus
