Office Operations Coordinator
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chalandri. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing internal business processes, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day support by prioritizing tasks and handling ad-hoc requests promptly
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures: liaise with IT to set up e-mail accounts and arrange equipment, complete necessary forms, and assist with the induction process
- Liaise with external partners to support office functionality
- Organize and update files, both physical and digital, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with staff and suppliers
- Collaborate with the HR department to support internal workflows and facilitate communication
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
- University degree required; MSc is considered a plus
- 2-3 years of prior work experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of operations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Attention to detail and goal oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism
- Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
