About the Role

, a leading real estate agency based in the heart of Athens, is looking for a
highly organized and proactive Real Estate Office Operations Assistant
to support the daily office operations of our office and support the management.

The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication and organizational skills with a genuine interest in the real estate industry. This role involves manage administrative processes, ensuring CRM accuracy, managing property documentation, and providing executive support to the Managing Director and the team.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional, well-organized environment.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle correspondence, and coordinate service providers.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

CRM & Data Management

  • Upload, organize, and maintain property listings, client information, and documentation in the CRM and listing platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

Real Estate Operations Support

· Assist agents with documentation, contracts and compliance checks.

  • Track property availability, listings updates.
  • Monitor compliance with company procedures and file management standards.

Executive Assistance

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support coordination of internal and external communications.
