Η Planet Homes Real Estate - Μεσιτική εταιρία με πολυετή παρουσία στην ελληνική αγορά ακινήτων με χαρτοφυλάκειο άνω των 5000 ακινήτων στην Αθήνα, Μεγάλο Ενεργό Πελατολόγιο και δύο γραφεία στην Αθήνα (Βόρεια ,Νότια-Κέντρο) αναζητά ASSISTANT REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER για εκπαίδευση και πλήρη απασχόληση στον δυναμικό χώρο του real estate.

Περιγραφή θέσης:

  • Τηλεφωνική και Προσωπική Καθημερινή Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατολογίου
  • Υπόδειξη Ακινήτων με προσωπικά ραντεβού
  • Διαπραγμάτευση και Κλείσιμο συμφωνιών κατόπιν καθοδήγησης του Sales Manager
  • Καθημερινά Administration Back Office αρμοδιότητες
  • Συμμετοχή στην εκπαίδευση και διοίκηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων

Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να έχουν:

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Εκπαίδευσης
  • Άριστη Γνώση Η/Υ
  • Πολύ καλό επίπεδο Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Μεταφορικό Μέσο
  • Άριστες Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
  • Καλή εμφάνιση
  • Υψηλούς στόχους
  • Δεν απαιτείται προϋπηρεσία ή πιστοποίηση
