Αναπτυσσόμενο μεσιτικό γραφείο μεδραστηριότητα σε ενοικιάσεις κατοικιών, αναζητά Real Estate Assistant για ναενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας.

Έχουμε ήδη δημιουργήσει δυναμικό portfolio καισημαντική ροή πελατών, και ψάχνουμε άτομο οργανωτικό, υπεύθυνο και με όρεξη νασυμβάλει στην περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Καταχώριση και οργάνωσηακινήτων σε σύστημα (Excel/CRM)
  • Διαχείριση φωτογραφιών καιφακέλων (Google Drive/Photos)
  • Αρχική επικοινωνία μεενδιαφερόμενους, συλλογή βασικών στοιχείων (budget, περιοχή, προτιμήσεις)
  • Συντονισμός ραντεβού μειδιοκτήτες και ενημέρωση ημερολογίου
  • Ανέβασμα και ανανέωση αγγελιώνσε portals
  • Συγκέντρωσησημειώσεων και στοιχείων για την ομάδα

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες (τηλέφωνο, email, WhatsApp)
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ακρίβεια στη διαχείριση δεδομένων
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ (Excel, Google Drive, social media)
  • Θετική στάση, διάθεση να μάθει και να εξελιχθεί
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε μεσιτικό ή customer support θα εκτιμηθεί
