Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Thessaloniki Metropolitan Area. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales activities within their assigned region, develop sales strategies, and work closely with retail partners to drive business growth. They will be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, mentoring the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also coordinate with the logistics and after-sales support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Skills in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and lead a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the electrical appliance industry is a plus
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
