, is seeking an experienced and strategic 
Senior Export Manager

to accelerate our growth across 
Western Europe and the Americas

.

The Role

Reporting directly to the 
Commercial Director

, the 
Senior Export Manager

will have 
full P&L responsibility

for the region and play a key role in driving GAEA's international expansion. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our 
existing partners

, while also identifying new opportunities to 
grow our footprint

and market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the 
    regional P&L

, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute 
regional and country strategies

aligned with GAEA's global objectives.
- Strengthen and expand partnerships with existing distributors and key customers.
- Identify and implement new 
Route-to-Market (RTM)

models to unlock growth potential.
- Drive market development initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Monitor business performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to guide decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency, availability, and excellence in execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    8 years of experience

in 
Export or International Sales

within 
FMCG

, ideally in the 
Food & Beverage

sector.
- Proven success in managing and developing distributors across Western Europe and/or the Americas.
- Demonstrated 
P&L ownership

with a record of delivering growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an asset.
