Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Specialist
to join our international business team in Larissa. The role involves daily interaction with global clients and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order execution, efficient export operations, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate execution
• Handle client communication and coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams
• Manage and resolve claims or delivery issues promptly and professionally
• Support export-related projects and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade requirements
• Maintain accurate data records and reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Export / Customer Service roles within FMCG
  (mandatory)
• Excellent command of English
  (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Advanced computer and Excel skills
  ; ERP experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in
  Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
  , or a related field
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
