For a leading Greek manufacturer of lubricants & automotive products

Responsibilities
  • Develop from scratch & lead the export strategy for the lubricants product line - Team of 3 KAMs
  • Manage relationships with key international clients and distributors
  • Analyze market trends across Euand identify new opportunities for growth in global markets
  • Oversee the export operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align exhibitions, business trips, materials and export strategies with product launches
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign partners to maximize profitability
Requirements
  • Experience in export management within the lubricants is a MANDATE
  • Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and export management software
