Sun of a Beach is growing its B2B team, and we're looking for a Sales Associate – Hospitality Clients - with a strong track record in selling premium products or services to hotels, resorts, or corporate clients.

We're after someone who understands the rhythm of the hospitality industry, has a sharp sales instinct, and knows how to build meaningful, long-term relationships. If that sounds like your kind of gig, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:

  • Grow our B2B sales network across Greece
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and corporate clients
  • Prepare tailored proposals and offers that capture our beach-chic aesthetic
  • Follow up on leads, orders, and client needs with precision and care
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery
  • Represent Sun of a Beach at events, trade shows, and client meetings within Greece (travel required)

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Proven success working with hospitality clients (especially hotels and resorts)
  • Experience selling premium products or services
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
  • An existing portfolio of hotel/resort contacts is a big plus
  • Familiarity with sales tools—HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Comfortable navigating ERP systems (we use SoftOne)
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven with a good eye for aesthetics
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
