Tsaoussoglou SA a leading B2B office furniture company, based in Athens, is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join the company's sales department.

The successful canditate will be responsible for making appointments with clients presenting the company's product portfolio, responding to incoming requests for proposals, preparing quotations and managing projects until completion. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong presentation skills, technical competence, creativity and strong problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

·   Provide the highest level of client services.

·   Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our products and services.

·   Prepare and deliver accurate quotations for clients, either retail or business.

·   Support the sales team in managing ongoing projects and follow - ups.

·   Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.

·   Maintain organized client and project records in ERP and company systems.

Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.

·   Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

·   Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

·   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·   Excellent command of English language.

·   Experience in similar position will be considered a plus.
