Position: Marine Sales Manager (Greece) — Decarbonization Solutions

Location: Athens/Piraeus (hybrid – home office and client visits)

Work Type: Full-time

Travel: Frequent meetings with shipowners, managers, and shipyards in Greece and Europe

What you will do:

· Develop and grow sales with Greek shipowners and shipmanagers, focusing on
newbuild and retrofit projects

· Promote Panasia's full maritime decarbonization portfolio:
Scrubber, OCCS, BWMS, ORC, AMP, SCR, TLGS

· Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, RFQs, proposals, negotiations, and closing

· Build strong relationships with technical and procurement teams within the Piraeus cluster

· Work closely with Panasia Europe (Netherlands) and HQ (Korea) for pricing, technical support, and project execution

· Represent Panasia at major industry events such as
Posidonia
and other shipping exhibitions

What we are looking for:

·
3–10 years of experience
in marine equipment, retrofit, or newbuild sales (green tech, compliance, or engineering solutions background preferred)

· Established
network with Greek shipowners and managers
is highly valued

· Ability to understand and communicate technical and commercial value of decarbonization solutions

· Fluent in
Greek and English
(additional languages such as Korean or German are a plus)

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with frequent client interaction and travel
