GSM is seeking a qualified Marine Superintendent (Operations) to join our team in Athens.This is an urgent placement for an experienced professional to support our Parcel Chemical Tankers (Type II/III), Oil-Chem, and Oil Tanker fleet operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master Mariner (FG) with a minimum of 24 months command experience on Parcel Chemical Tankers (stainless steel or coated).
  • Extensive experience handling a wide range of chemicals typically carried on parcel chemical vessels.
  • Well-established and proven record of relevant work experience of 2 years Marine Superintendent – Operations

Preferred Competencies:

  • Proven record in SIRE, CDI, PSC, AMSA, USCG, TMSA, Flag & Class audits.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and onboard training.
  • Willingness to travel for vessel inspections and routine visits.
  • Skilled in preparing responses for third-party inspections and audits.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
