The Role:

We're looking for a dynamic
Market Growth Lead
to own the commercial success of our presence in Athens(Greece), Tirana (Albania) and Sofia(Bulgaria). This is a high-impact role that combines sales strategy with hands-on leadership. You'll be the driving force behind new client acquisition, local market expansion, and a high-performance sales team that consistently delivers revenue results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy and execution in your market
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing local sales team
  • Identify new verticals, partnerships, and growth opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle—pipeline, forecasting, and conversions
  • Be the senior commercial face of TSS in your market

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in hospitality, media, or marketing tech
  • Proven record of smashing revenue targets
  • Deep local market knowledge (F&B, lifestyle, hospitality)
  • CRM-savvy and data-driven decision-maker
  • Charismatic leader and sharp negotiator
