We're now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take our marketing and remarketing efforts to the next level — driving measurable growth through data, creativity, and smart experimentation.
Your Mission
To design, execute, and scale marketing strategies that attract new users and restaurant partners and engage existing clients — turning data into growth.
You'll own the full marketing funnel: from awareness → acquisition → activation → retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy across digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, SEO, Instagram and Tiktok).
Manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate qualified leads and lower CAC.
Build and maintain automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push).
Create and test landing pages and ad creatives for better conversion.
Implement and analyze performance tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM, Data Studio dashboards).
Lead A/B testing and growth experiments across channels.
Collaborate with sales and customer success to align marketing with pipeline goals.
Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
Report weekly and monthly on key growth metrics (traffic, CAC, ROI, retention, LTV).
Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
Proven record of scaling campaigns and improving ROI in B2B or SaaS contexts.
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data, metrics, and dashboards.
Fluent in Greek and English.
A creative problem-solver who thrives on autonomy and measurable results.
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or SaaS marketing.
Familiarity with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/automation tools.
Skills in copywriting or content marketing.
Basic design or video editing abilities (Canva, Adobe Suite).
