A leading player in the
media and entertainment streaming industry
is looking for a
Performance Marketing Lead
to own and accelerate growth across all paid and owned digital channels.

This is a hands-on, data-driven, and creative role where you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that both attract new audiences and deepen engagement with an existing community of culture and content enthusiasts.

You'll work closely with marketing operations and data teams to ensure that every campaign is built on insight, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across
    Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube), TikTok Ads
    , and
    programmatic platforms
    .
  • Own the
    performance strategy
    , including budget pacing, bid optimization, CPA/CAC tracking, and ROI forecasting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad assets that drive awareness, conversion, and engagement.
  • Build scalable campaign structures, audience segmentation strategies, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on
    ROAS, CTR, CPA
    , and growth objectives.
  • Lead creative and messaging testing across placements, platforms, and landing pages.
  • Partner with marketing operations to deliver performance insights and leadership reporting.
  • Align performance campaigns with
    brand messaging, content strategy, and market positioning
    .
  • Stay on top of emerging ad tech, platform updates, and audience trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

  • Proven experience managing
    multi-platform paid campaigns end-to-end

  • Strong command of
    audience targeting, campaign architecture, and optimization tactics
    .
  • Analytical mindset — you love transforming numbers into clear growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics:
    CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
    .
  • Strong collaboration skills — you can speak both the language of creatives and analysts.
  • Passion for
