Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

This strategic role will drive global, end-to-end digital campaign execution operating with a lot of personal responsibility and creative freedom right from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and lead end-to-end campaign planning, launch and optimization to maximize lead quality and scalable growth.
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, pacing, vendor/partner management and experimentation - balancing near-term impact with a clear long-term roadmap.
  • Establish and uphold best-practice standards across channels, driving rigorous testing, measurement and continuous, data-driven optimization that works across multiple languages
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between local market teams and HQ, to set shared priorities and deliver best-in-class, campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and AI advancements shaping paid media; conduct competitive benchmarking to inform strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in real estate or B2C lead generation.
  • Deep channel expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Native.
  • Mastery of audience strategy, bidding, attribution, tracking, incrementality testing, and diverse ad/content  formats.
  • Proven ability to define conversion goals, implement offline conversion tracking, and optimize to qualified leads and revenue-focused KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset; advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
