Performance Marketing Manager in Medical Marketing

Who we are:

Derm & Plastic Surgery Clinic is a rapidly expanding, award winning, Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Dermatology Company based in 2 places already (after 3 successful years in the Greek Market), in Athens (3 min walking time from the Metro Station Megaro Mousikis) and in Glyfada (2 min walking time from the Metro Station Elliniko).

We are a team of young people that are strongly connected and team-working oriented and we're always looking for sparkling minds to come on board.

More specifically, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to handle Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) and Social Media Paid Campaigns, through Facebook Ads Manager. This person needs to have also, in-depth knowledge of SEO practices to increase engagement and drive audience growth, both through PPC and SEO strategies. It will be strongly appreciated if there is also knowledge of Email Marketing.

This job is Full-Time, On-Site Job (not suitable for freelancers or remote workers)

Regarding the PPC role

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns in Google Ads
  • Create and manage Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns
  • Day-to-day management of all paid media accounts including bidding, optimization, testing and creation of new campaigns and promotions.
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

Regarding the Email Marketing role

  • Planning and running Newsletter strategy
  • Creating Email Content Calendar (plan & program for the quantity and frequency of Newsletters)
  • Making attractive content for newsletters
  • Managing newsletter contacts (i.e. categorization, filtering etc)

Requirements

  • Have at least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing fields such as: Social Media (Paid), Google Ads and Web Analytics
  • Have a prior experience in a similar position, handling medium to large Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Have extensive expertise in Facebook Ads in Facebook Business Manager
  • Be Google Ads Certified in Search & Display
  • Feel confident to create Content for Social Media and Copyright for Ads
  • Create media & advertising plans according to requirements
  • Propose advertising strategies for branding & e-commerce
  • Fluent in Greek & English
