About the Role:

KATRADIS GROUP
is looking for a
Junior Marketing Specialist
to join our team in Athens. This is a full-time on site role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support day-to-day marketing activities, assist in campaign execution, and help strengthen our brand presence

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing team in daily marketing tasks and digital strategy implementation.
  • Design and send newsletters using email marketing platforms.
  • Perform customer and lead segmentation based on sales data and marketing funnel analysis.
  • Create and schedule engaging content and social media posts.
  • Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, events, printed publications, and editorial features.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Manage and update website content (e.g., blog posts, product updates), optimizing content based on SEO principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, conversion rates, web traffic) to optimize future strategies.
  • Support daily administrative tasks of the Marketing and Sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience
    in a marketing role, internship, or similar position.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience with CRM Platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team player with creativity and adaptability.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
