We are looking for a Junior Omnichannel Marketing Specialist
As a Junior Omnichannel Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing B2B and B2C online activations and communication campaigns aimed at converting shoppers into loyal buyers through our e-shop. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and impactful campaign delivery, aligned with our on-air schedule.
What you will focus on
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic and conversions
- Support the creation of engaging content and promotional assets tailored to different audience segments
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Creative, CRM, Content) and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Support campaign performance monitoring in partnership with the responsible colleague, offering insights for optimization
- Ensure all campaigns go live on time and meet quality standards
- Contribute to shopper-focused strategies that enhance the online customer journey
What we are looking for
- BSc or BA in Marketing or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (agency or corporate); exposure in the Grocery / FMCG industry is a plus
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce, with a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in creating effective presentations
