About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and strategic 
Junior Brand Manager
 to join our growing marketing team and help shape the future of our premium spirits portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-class brands that blend craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation. You'll support the development and execution of brand strategies that celebrate our distinctive products and connect authentically with consumers across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in planning and implementing annual brand plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, trade, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all channels.
  • Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of product innovations and POS materials that enhance brand equity.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships that bring the brand to life in premium and experiential settings.
  • Track performance KPIs, campaign ROI, and market share to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external agency relationships with precision and professionalism.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG (experience in the spirits, luxury, or lifestyle sector is a strong plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Deep appreciation for premium and luxury branding, with a flair for storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical mindset paired with creative thinking.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about spirits, customer activations, and consumer experiences.
