Smart Brands, a leading distributor of international beauty brands in Greece, is looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager at Smart Brands, you will:

  • Coordinate the local marketing strategy and brand development for international beauty brands in the skincare,  makeup and fragrances categories.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, PR, in-store, influencer & social).
  • Plan and execute product launches, PR activities and in-store activations at major retailers.
  • Analyze brand performance and market trends
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to evaluate trends, pricing and brand positioning and identify strategic opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage budget monitoring, media plans, promotional calendars, campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with creative agencies, retail partners, brand headquarters and local retailers to ensure consistent brand visibility and growth.
  • Develop marketing materials, translations and presentations.

Who You Are

  • A beauty lover with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup trends.
  • Strategic and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experienced in brand management or marketing (3+ years, ideally in the beauty, makeup and skincare sector).
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working with international partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing.
