Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Brand Manager located in Athens.

This is not an entry-level role and relevant experience of 2-3 years in brand management is required.

The Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of brand strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and monitoring market trends.

Reporting to and under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, the Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans, the development of promotional materials, and the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns. Additionally, they will be in charge of the social media plan and they will coordinate digital marketing activities with e-pharmacy retailers. As part of their role, they will collaborate with our external established marketing and communication associates (creative agency, media agency, digital agency, media production houses, etc.) and will contribute to appointing new ones where and when needed. Almost all marketing materials are outsourced to external expert associates, agencies, and production houses.

This role is suitable for a marketing professional who aspires to grow in the brand management field, by managing the full strategic marketing management circuit and making a substantial business impact, under the guidance and supervision of experienced senior business leaders and within an environment that promotes initiative, learning, and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and practical understanding of Marketing Strategy concepts and methods
  • Brand Management, Market Research, and Data Analysis skills
  • Aptitude and experience in developing marketing plans, promotional materials, and executing campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate effectively other departments
  • Proficiency in digital and social media marketing management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent command of the Greek language, spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus

Monthly salary range

  • 1800€ - 2000€ gross

Location

  • On-site, at the company's offices in Kareas, Vyronas, Attiki.
