Head of Marketing
to drive impact and elevate our brand to new heights.

The Role

We're looking for a bold and creative 
Head of Marketing
 to shape the future of GAEA's brand. This is not just about campaigns – it's about building brand love, growing our community, and leading the conversation on Mediterranean lifestyle and sustainability.

Reporting to the 
Chief Commercial Officer
, you'll be the driving force behind our brand strategy, digital presence, and trade marketing, while empowering and developing a talented marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and own GAEA's 
    global brand strategy
    , elevating brand equity and emotional connection with consumers.
  • Lead our 
    digital ecosystem
     – from social storytelling to performance marketing – ensuring GAEA shines across every touchpoint.
  • Partner with our sales team to design impactful 
    trade marketing programs
     that inspire retailers and shoppers alike.
  • Drive and align 
    distributors' marketing agendas
    , ensuring brand consistency and maximized local market impact.
  • Shape and track the 
    A&P budget
    , balancing creativity with performance and impact.
  • Grow, coach, and inspire our 
    marketing team
     – developing the next generation of brand leaders.
  • Collaborate with innovation and commercial teams to launch products and campaigns that cut through the noise.

Who You Are

  • A brand builder with 
    8+ years of experience
     in marketing, ideally in FMCG or premium lifestyle/food brands.
  • A storyteller at heart, with a strong track record in 
    digital marketing and omni-channel activation
    .
  • Confident leading 
    trade marketing strategies
     and partnering with commercial teams.
  • Data-driven, but also creative – you know how to balance numbers with ideas.
  • A natural leader who brings out the best in people and builds high-energy teams.
  • Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
