:

Αναζητούμε Head of Marketing ο οποίος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για όλες τις ενέργειες marketing, από social media και digital campaigns ως διαφήμιση και δημιουργικά projects.

Οι αρμοδιότητες του Head of Marketing περιλαμβάνουν ανάπτυξη και δημιουργία πλάνου που θα βοηθήσει στην καθιέρωση του Brand μας ως Leader στον τομέα του. Επίσης, σωστή διανομή των πόρων στα διαφορετικά projects και δημιουργία βραχυπρόθεσμων και μακροπρόσθεσμων εταιρικών στόχων. Επιπρόσθετα, καθημερινή διοίκηση του τμήματος marketing με τρόπους που θα προωθούν υψηλότερη κερδοφορία και ανταγωνιστικότητα.

Αρμοδιότητες θέσης
:

  • Διαμόρφωση, Υλοποίηση και παρακολούθηση του ετήσιου Marketing plan
  • Δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση ετήσιου Marketing budget
  • Δημιουργία μηνιαίων / εβδομαδιαίων Marketing reports / kpi΄ s
  • Δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση όλων των marketing ενεργειών (external / internal)
  • Διασφάλιση σωστής καθημερινής διαχείρισης των leads από social media και web page
  • Συντονισμό πωλήσεων και marketing ενεργειών με στόχο την προώθηση της αναγνωρισιμότητας του εταιρικού brand
  • Παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού (νέα προϊόντα, τιμολογιακή πολιτική κ.α.)
  • Εξασφάλιση ουσιώδους και δυνατής παρουσίας σε όλα τα κανάλια επικοινωνίας
  • Συντονισμός μεταξύ της εσωτερικής ομάδας μάρκετινγκ (mrk coordinator, γραφίστρια, SM exprert) & τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (MRK agency, PR agents, τυπογράφους περιοδικά κ.α.)
  • Ο ρόλος απαιτεί στενή συνεργασία με τους Ιατρούς της Kλινικής και το τμήμα πωλήσεων

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Κάτοχος πτυχίου ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης Marketing ή/και μεταπτυχιακού στο Marketing
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη επαγγελματική εμπειρία ως  Head of Marketing
  • Εμπειρία σε CRM software
  • Γνώση web analytics, google adwords και social media
  • Δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης και άμεσης προσαρμογής σε νέα εργαλεία digital marketing
  • Δημιουργία πρωτότυπων ιδεών και ικανότητα εφαρμογής του
  • Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών και αγγλικών
  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες και ικανότητα να θέτει προτεραιότητες
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
