We are looking for an ambitious
Head of Affiliate - CIS Market
for
full-time
employment for our client, a growing and high-impact company. This role would require
on-site
employment either in an office in
Athens or Belgrade

In this role, you will design and execute affiliate strategies tailored to CIS markets, build and lead a high-performing team, and secure top partnerships with affiliates and media networks. You will be responsible for optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams. This is a senior leadership position with direct impact on revenue, profitability, and long-term regional success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead CIS affiliate strategy with focus on rebuilding trust and expanding site/social/influencer presence.
  • Manage and grow CIS affiliate portfolio, ensuring high-quality support and engagement.
  • Oversee regional sales and account management teams, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize revenue performance through improved reporting, decision-making, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product, marketing, finance, and compliance efforts.
  • Identify risks and mitigate potential losses in contracts, payouts, or operational processes.
  • Provide regular leadership updates on progress toward growth and profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in affiliate/digital marketing within CIS markets.
  • Strong local network and understanding of regional business dynamics. Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making with focus on efficiency and growth.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is required.
