We are currently partnering with a leading international shipbroking firm that is looking to strengthen its Research team with the hire of a
Head of Research & Valuations
. This is a senior role with responsibility for driving market intelligence, asset valuations, and supporting the commercial desks across Sale & Purchase, Chartering, and Advisory predominantly in the tanker market.

There is also scope to bring in an additional team member to support the department.

What they're looking for:

  • 8+ years' experience in shipping, commodities, or related market research/analysis.
  • Strong understanding of shipping markets, vessel valuations, and market drivers.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality research and actionable insights for commercial use.
  • Leadership skills to manage and grow a team.
  • Based in Athens or Singapore (with some international exposure).
