Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth in Greece and Cyprus, focusing on industrial automation solutions.

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with sales and relationship management skills, supporting customers in selecting and implementing innovative automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, OEMs, and system integrators across Greece and Cyprus.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate automation and control solutions (PLC, drives, networks, industrial software, etc.).
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborate with partners, and internal teams to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Promote new technologies and digital transformation solutions (e.g. IIoT, edge computing, industrial networking).
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
  • Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to the regional management team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or automation project support.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI/SCADA, variable frequency drives, industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Greek as native language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Greece and occasionally to Cyprus and other EMEA locations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
