Role Description

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused
Sales Engineer
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and knowledge of HVAC systems (such as chillers, heat pumps, split units, VRF systems, and fan coils), excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical challenges and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • Previous

experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or solution consulting role,

in the HVAC industry

.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies (water & DX)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients effectively
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English (technical terminology)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
