Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative – Professional Installers Channel to promote our full product portfolio including RAC, PAC, VRF and ATW categories. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to develop and grow our sales channel focused on professional installers. This role is critical for building strong relationships with installation partners, driving product adoption, and achieving sales targets within the HVAC and related product segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage professional installer partners to expand market reach.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and solution selling.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with installers by providing technical support, training, and after-sales service.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities tailored to installers.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from a credible University or Institute
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the HVAC industry and competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of Installers Channel and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product specifications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

· Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
