Your Role at a Glance

As an IT Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions for enterprise IT environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client infrastructures to identify automation opportunities.
  • Designing customized automation strategies to improve IT service delivery.
  • Deploying and supporting SYNTAX's automation platforms across various projects.
  • Collaborating with sales teams on pre-sales activities including solution demos, technical presentations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

What You Bring to the Table

  • Educational Background: B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (M.Sc. is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT automation, DevOps, or systems engineering.
  • Technical Proficiency:

Solid understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, Unix Shell, or NSH.

Familiarity with software development or server administration is highly desirable.
