seeks a dynamic and highly skilled
RPA Engineer
with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automated solutions that streamline operations and contribute to organizational efficiency to enrich our professional services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Create detailed and transparent deliverables such as automation documentation, user manuals, and instructions.
  • Support User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and deploy solutions in multiple environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of RPA solutions after implementation.
  • Identify areas for code improvement, optimizing existing solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain the RPA environment, including software and related technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • M.Sc. degree will be considered a plus.
  • 2+ year of experience with leading RPA platforms like IBM RPA, MS Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
  • Certifications in relevant RPA technologies will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or Web Services/APIs.
