Under this framework, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic
Automation Developer
to become part of our dynamic Technology & Transformation team in our offices in
Athens
. In this role, you'll work within a team to help clients transform their technology platforms and business operations. Partnering with some of the world's largest organizations, you'll help COO's, CFO's, CIO's and their teams realize their ambitions – from improving financial performance, to accelerating speed to market and delivering continuous innovation.

As an
Automation Developer,
you will play a key role in transforming business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI agents. You will:

  • Build and configure RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
  • Integrate AI and LLM capabilities for smarter decision - making, document understanding, and conversational automation;
  • Collaborate with cross - functional teams to translate business needs into innovative automation solutions.
  • Test, monitor, and optimize workflows to ensure robust performance;
  • Experiment with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain under guidance;
  • Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and best practices;
  • Learn, innovate, and grow while working on state - of - the - art intelligent automation projects.

To qualify for the role you should have:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field;
  • Curiosity and interest in RPA, AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic automation;
  • Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or C#);
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem - solving skills, and attention to detail;
  • Team player with effective communication skills.

Good to have:

  • RPA certifications (UiPath Associate, Blue Prism Developer, Automation Anywhere) or willingness to pursue;
  • Knowledge of APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS);
  • Exposure to AI orchestration, multi - agent workflows, or prompt engineering;
  • Awareness of Responsible AI principles.
