IT Automation Specialist (ITSM Focus) – Athens / Hybrid

Cysoft is enhancing its ITSM and automation offerings and is looking for an IT Automation Specialist (ITSM Focus) to design, build, and optimise workflows, automations, and integrations in ServiceDesk Plus and other ManageEngine related systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Automation Specialist with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), located in Athens. The specialist will manage IT automation tasks, oversee IT service delivery processes, optimize workflows, and maintain ITSM tools. Key responsibilities include improving ITSM efficiencies, resolving technical issues, supporting network and security systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations in collaboration with the technical team.

What you will work on:

ServiceDesk Plus automations (Business Rules, Custom Functions, Webhooks)

Workflow & service catalogue design

Automated onboarding/offboarding

Integrations with ADManager, Endpoint Central, Teams, Zoho

Internal ITSM optimisation projects

What we're looking for:

· Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceDesk Plus)

· Basic scripting (Deluge, PowerShell, or Python)

· Understanding of ITIL concepts

· Logical thinker, structured approach, good documentation

· Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical issues

· Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and support

· Ability to work on-site in Athens, with a proactive approach to team collaboration

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

· Certifications in areas such as ITIL, CCNA, or other relevant fields are a plus
