Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens for a Telesales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, providing outstanding customer service, and closing sales. Key tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, promoting IT DEV Digital Agency's services, and achieving sales targets. Candidates will also need to maintain records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and build client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and represent the agency professionally.
  • Sales skills, with a proven ability to persuade potential clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in Training is a plus, showcasing the ability to guide and educate team members or clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goals and deadlines.
