What We're Looking For:

As an
Automations & Integrations Engineer
, you will design, implement, and maintain workflows that connect our internal systems, tools, and customer-facing platforms. You'll play a key role in automating processes, integrating systems, and improving operational efficiency across teams.

This role requires hands-on experience with automation platforms (such as n8n or Make) and strong collaboration skills to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar orchestration tools.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into Prosperty's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing automations and integrations.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of workflows and integrations.
  • Stay current with emerging tools and technologies related to automation and integration.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, system integrations or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs.
  • Confortable using at least one scripting language (JavaScript or Python is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Curious mindset and strong problem-solving skills - you love finding simpler ways to automate things.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
